Choose “I have the shoes” in your request and include the model and size. Justin can review the pair and discuss whether it suits your idea before you arrange delivery.

How much will my custom pair cost?

Share the design, shoe model, and budget you have in mind. Ask Justin to confirm the quote, what it includes, and any deposit or payment terms before you commit.

Can I request a specific completion date?

Yes. Include your preferred date and occasion in the form. The date is a request; Justin will need to confirm availability and timing with you.

How do shipping and pickup work?

Include your city in the request so you can discuss pickup or shipping, costs, and arrangements directly with Justin before placing your order.

What inspiration should I send?

Colors, a shoe model, a theme, an occasion, and reference images are useful starting points. You can include a reference link in the form and attach photos when you send your email.

How should I care for my custom sneakers?
